KiDazzles Handwriting Center
KiDazzles is the right place to be when your child struggles with their handwriting. KiDazzles Handwriting Center offers group and individual classes led by licensed occupational therapists.
An Occupational Therapist is trained to identify the areas where a child may be struggling with handwriting. We focus on many aspects of writing, not just how to form letters, but foundational skills such as strength and dexterity, visual perceptual skills, core stability and more.
KiDazzles Handwriting Center can help with a preschooler just learning to form letters or a middle school student attempting to fine tune their skills in preparation for the state exams. Our facility provides a fun and exciting environment that motivates students so that they can succeed. Our classes use “multisensory techniques” which may have your child writing in shaving cream, finding letters in a rice bin, using playdoh, or discovering letters in bouncy scavenger hunt.
Our therapists have experience using a variety of techniques and methods to teach handwriting skills. This allows for the therapist to tailor to your child’s individual needs.
If you are unsure about which class may be best for your child, please call to make an appointment for a free screening. You are welcome to tour the facility, meet our staff and allow us to make accurate recommendations.
